Ingredients: Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Linden, Lavender, Valerian

For the perfect cup of Zzz Time tea infuse one tea bag per 12 oz of freshly boiled water, brew for 9 to 15 minutes. Serve plain or sweetened.

Chamomile
Chamomile is an herb that comes from a flowering plant of the daisy family. It is a wonderful remedy for insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks, and migraines. Lemon Balm

This herb has a gentle and relaxing affect on the nervous system and can be used for long-term anxiety problems as well as stress-related illnesses and to help lower blood pressure.

Linden
Linden grows in temperate climates of Europe, Asia, and North America. It helps increase the immune system’s ability to fight infections. Linden flower is best known for reducing a high fever, stress, and anxiety as well as relieving insomnia.

Lavender
Lavender flowers are added to tea formulas for a pleasing, soothing aroma; the tea is sipped throughout the day to ease nervous tension. Lavender has a mildly sedating action and is a weak antispasmodic for muscular tension, specifically relaxing the large muscles in the back. Lavender is also used in herbal remedies for respiratory issues.

Valerian
Valerian extract, derived from the dried rhizomes and roots of the plant, has been used for thousands of years to treat several disorders including restlessness, nervousness and insomnia.
